This time, I’d like you to compile a University Factfile. Please follow the rules stated below:
- May be in note or table form
- Must consider 3 universities.
Should go into specific features of universities, especially distinctive features of the universities discussed.
i.e. should not lead to the conclusion that the universities are substantially the same.
May consider e.g.
Location (in country, relative to nearest city, urban vs rural etc.).
Campus type.
Facilities on campus.
University culture.
Ranking and reputation.
Teaching style/focus & TEF rating.
International course fees.
Extra-curricular opportunities.
Accommodation available.
Campus architecture.
- May select features of personal relevance and make evaluative judgements.
The aim of the activity is to critically assess your university choices and help you assess them from a new perspective.
